When will my order ship?
Orders placed on EzFlow.com are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business day (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships! We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
International shipping; currently, we are offering shipping to Canada. Please select Canada during checkout.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
We offer FREE Ground shipping on orders $50 and over! Your order must be $50.00 minimum, before taxes & shipping and handling. (Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and any other non-continental US & military addresses are not eligible for this promotion.) Cannot be combined with some coupons and offers.
For orders totaling less than $50, we offer standard ground shipping via FedEx Smartpost.
We ship to every residential address in the continental U.S., including P.O. boxes, APO, FPO and DPO destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories.
Please note: certain items may be considered hazardous materials (HAZMAT):
- Aerosol items
- Alcohol-based items
- Items that contain contents under pressure
- Items containing any potentially flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals such as nail polish, hairspray, etc.
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of hazardous materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses, and must be shipped standard ground and cannot be shipped via Expedited method.
Does EzFlow Ship Internationally?
We are excited to announce that we are now shipping to Canada! We’d like to thank our Canadian customers for their patience and look forward to getting beautiful with you! Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the shipping method you have selected.
Import duties & taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and EzFlow.com encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to EzFlow.com at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
How long will I have to wait for my goodies?
Transit times are typically:
- • 2 to 7 business days within the continental US
• Up to 15 days for Alaska and Hawaii.
• 4 to 22 days for international delivery addresses; this varies greatly depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.
Orders shipping via FedEx Smartpost may take 7-12 business days to be delivered.
